Before couple of years, we started focus on inspection tools of solar cell, and have developed a series of Solar Inspection tools, such as spectroscopic Ellipsometer, laser texture Ellipsometer, Diffusion 8° Integration sphere spectroscopic Reflectometer, Electro Luminescence, TAR tester, Thin Film solar cell large panel spectroscopic Reflectometer and Electroluminescence.
Now our Diffusion 8° Integration sphere spectroscopic Reflectometer have gained 90% market sharing of Solar Cell Reflectivity inspection tools in China, Our customers cover almost all of solar cell manufactures, such as Suntech Power, JA Solar, Trina Solar, Solarfun, CSI, Yingli Solar and so on.
